Today went to work.. Everything seem to be fine.. Serve a lot of customers.. One aunty very "GUAI".. i say which one good.. she buys.. in the end.. she bought a total of $398.10 worth of BEDLINEN.. haha.. so happy.. she's my 1st customer.. haha.. lol.. she is also very lovely.. when she finished settling her payment.. she went to my counter and say good-bye to me.. and thank me for my service.. haha.. lol.. then follow by 2nd, 3rd, 4th customer and so on.. 2 customers commend that my service to them is very good.. that's actually brightened up me.. cos i really want my service to be recognised by my customer so that they will enjoy their shopping... But my day was totally spoilt by this irritating customer.. keep making herself confuse.. and yet accused me for making her confused.. She kept making changes to her purchase.. den do a lot of funny stunts.. i am sure that i made myself cleared to her for the discount items.. and she kept saying that i am confusing her.. and worst still.. she went to say something nasty to my another customer.. she said that my service is not good at all.. making ppl confused only.. ask my customer better make sure the item i give is correct.. cos i very blur.. WTH.. stupid idiot customer.. seriously.. i hold my temper back.. i actually wanted to scold this irritating customer.. the one who is blur is you, okay~!.. don accused or doubt my service.. i've been in this field for 2 yrs.. consider a professional consultant.. how dare you insult my professionalism.. i think some of my action show that i am not really happy with her.. cos her daughter kept saying her mum.. stop being so troublesome.. is you the one making urself blur.. not her.. she told you the discount already.. but nevermind.. to me.. she is a great customer.. someone that train my patience.. haha..
Hope tmr my day will be better.. looking forward for more compliment.. haha... o ya.. last month got a complimentry letter.. and caused me to have my picture in the staff canteen.. SO STUPID!!
