Why must people abuse the use of mouth?! Why must people abuse words?! Why must people abuse their mouth and use nasty words to INSULT/ HURT others? Why can't people take things easily?! Why?! WHY?!
Right now, only this can describe my mood, :((((.. Today at work is TERRIBLE! How I WISH tomorrow never come and I never have to go work. At work is really terrible and making my mood :((! I wonder why people always use nasty words to insult one another.
Today at work, colleague Rand S (from another brand) quarrel because of a customer. S served this customer for like more than half an hour. And the customer still haven't decide what he wants to get, and later part, he came to see my brand. He wanted to do a comparison. Common sense tells you that when customer is looking @ your brand, obviously you will serve right? So, R went to serve the customer, S told him to go away when customer took both ours and hers to compare. S said that he is her customer. So she should serve. So R stood aside and allows her to serve. After deciding, the customer took ours. And guess what?! S scolded R, "XIAO REN". She even commented that R cut her sales. I wonder if anyone can define what is CUT SALES?!
Yes, at first we may be in the wrong, but when you decided to use NASTY WORDS against R, you are at fault. I am quite calm at first. But later, as S kept gossiping and criticising R with other aunties. I get more pissed off. When closing, the slammed the drawer. And S wasn't happy with my action and she scolded me. She told me off by saying that I should be respectful. R and her problem is their problem. I have no right to intercept. And because of this, R get more fed up and started arguing with her. As no choice, I decided to apologise to her. I told her if I offended her just now, I apologise to her. But, R wasn't happy still and started argue more and more ugly.
*I wonder what should I do?! Am I really in the wrong?! Should I apologise to her formally tomorrow?! How?! I started to hate this world*
I wonder what is the real use of our MOUTH?! Why GOD gives everyone of us a MOUTH? Why?! I know I am at wrong and I should apologise. But will she accept it?! Even if she don't accept, I should still apologise to her right?! I really don't want to make our relationship sour. I am guilty and at the same time sad..
